Terms and Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your order!  If you are not completely pleased with your order, we will do whatever we can to make it better!  Read our policy below and follow the steps for a return.  You can always contact us (studiostaff@christianroyalpottery.com) with any additional questions or issues.

Returns must be received within 30 days of the date your order shipped from us (that the date anytime you received your shipping/tracking email).

Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after arriving back to us.

Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method.

TO RETURN AN ITEM:

1.  Try and use the original packing material to protect the pottery in transit otherwise may we suggest that you use UPS and let them pack and insure it for safety.  
2.  You must include your invoice.  (If you misplaced your invoice, simply go to My Account, click on your Order History, select the right order number, and print it out.
3.  Mail your package to:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.  Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
